Quick question: is it better to have the {{remoteRequestsTable}} map to be
Priority -> String -> ExecutionType -> Resource -> ResourceRequestInfo, or
should we rather do Priority -> String -> Resource -> ExecutionType ->
ResourceRequestInfo (i.e., swap ExecutionType and Resource).
