- fixed a bunch of whitespace issues
- fixed findbugs-exclude.xml for a class that no longer exists
- fixed an error in the distributed shell AM ( {{ApplicationMaster.java}} )
- fixed a rebase error in {{ResourceManager.java}} and moved initialization of
the RM timeline collector to the RM itself from {{RMActiveServices}}
- fixed a rebase error in {{RMActiveServiceContext.java}}
- added more javadocs to {{RMApp.java}} and {{RMAppImpl.java}} for clarification
