Way to reproduce:
1. configure the cluster with umask 077 for all nodes
(for example, modify the /etc/profile and /etc/bashrc)
2. enable LinuxContainerExecutor through Ambari or config file. Would also need
to set "yarn.nodemanager.linux-container-executor.nonsecure-mode.limit-users"
to false under non-secure mode.
3. restart all affected
4. run a simple MR job
