Uploading an initial design doc to start discussions.. Also attaching a work in
progress patch based only on priority for POC.
- Document mainly covers overall idea about intra-queue preemption.
- In this document at design level, I took priority as one item to explain in
details. As more items are added, this can be scaled.
- POC patch also covers priority for now
I am attaching both in parent jira for common discussions. Thanks
