[~asuresh] (cc: [~leftnoteasy]/[~kasha]), I feel _getMatchingRequests_ is
redundant with *allocationRequestId* and we should auto
_removeContainerRequest_ as part of _AllocateResponse_ (my $0.02 on your
yarn-dev discuss mail thread).
