Summary: Support LinuxContainerExecutor to create symlinks for continuously
localized resources (was: Support LinuxContainerExecutor to create symlinks)
bq. Yes, the patch is intended for the parent jira to create the new symlinks
when new resource is localized.
Fixed the title to clarify this - the JIRA title right now is very misleading.
