Hi [~gtCarrera9], please feel free to take this over as I don't have short term
plan on this. However, as you may know, I am currently working on AM address
discovery (for AM restart case) that may consolidate with our previous
collector address discovery work and will publish a design soon (on YARN-4758).
I would suggest to wait on that effort clear to continue our effort if this is
not our top item so far. What do you think?
