I moved this to a general ticket.
As discussed earlier, we will keep a PartitionInfo and PartitionsInfo class to
pull detailed label info out. New api will be used for same (will support query
for few label, and for all labels too)
Thanks [~naganarasimha...@apache.org] for the offline discussion. Pls help to
point out if I missed some. I will attach a new patch with this approach now.
