Thanks for the patch [~sunilg] sorry missed the patch from my radar,
Overall approach seems fine to me just for these few nits ...
# RMWebServices lno 1199 : how about query param as "partionLabels"
# RMWebServices lno 1199 : nodeIdStrList => nodeList
# RMWebServices lno 1226 : {{Resource.newInstance(0, 0)}} is req? was not sure
earlier too why this interface requires cluster resource ? but anyway here its
unnecessary creation of the object if ok we can just pass null
