Thanks [~varun_saxena] for the initial patch. I think generally we are trying
to safeguard the internal data stored in {{AppSchedulingInfo}} and some
criticial section code paths. I think we must look into a much fine grained
version of locking targeting these areas. I think its a good step ahead to get
the improvements eventhough its little.
