Thanks for raising and working on it [~bibinchundatt],
Agree with [~varun_saxena], though it affects performance but IMO impact is
less as its called once for the cli command run (though multiple node mapping
can be there). Also we can note that the same happens for NodeAdded event too
(where in we could have called for specific partition alone).
So i am ok with going ahead with this fix here and if it really impacting
performance taking it of in seperate jira!
