Thanks [~Naganarasimha] and [~leftnoteasy] for sharing your views.
Even I agree performance wise it should be fine because calls for replace
labels on node should be infrequent and in a batch.
bq. note that the same happens for NodeAdded event too (where in we could have
called for specific partition alone).
