Thank you [~Naganarasimha] for review and commit.Forgot to mention about the
minor test change . In 2.8 the xml *<resourceInfo/>* is {{"resourceInfo":null}}
but in trunk its *"resourceInfo":{}* updated testcase based on that too. xml
of both are same.
