I've got some complaints that some of our team members typically do not
answer needinfo requests and that some might be several months old
already. I know that this can be actually result of our SCRUMming, at
least partly.
So, please, DO answer needinfos, even if that bug is not planned for
$this/$next sprint. I was told that Bugzilla can be configured in a way
that periodically sends reminders, but I don't know how. Anyone?
