Yes, that's why we have rewritten the whole proposal code in SLE15 to
accommodate use cases like yours.

Since we didn't dare to touch the SLE12 code too much, when a similar
request was done for CaaSP in SLE12-SP3, we introduced a hack that
allows to reuse the home partition for another purpose during the
proposal. Check it at:

Using those home_path and home_fs parameters, you can hijack the home
partition to be something different. If you need that ext4 partition IN
ADDITION to /home. Then you are out of luck.
