U know comrade,i only did comercial law during my first year of study, and even me with my limited knowledge on law can see that judge Nicholsen took his foot of the pedal. How can a judge say that ex president Mr Thabo Mbeki is guilty on certain issues without alowing him representation. Comrades it is clear that there is a conspiracy agaist Mr Jacob Zuma but that alone doesnt make him innocent on charges laid agains him .And one question comrades id like to ask is why is it Mbeki or Zuma, why cant we support them both as ex president and current president of this respected organisation.
