Cadres
Let me first wish you all the best for year 2009.
The SCA has overtuned Nicholson's judgement and the ANC president defence team
has approached the Constitutional court therefore we can all wait for the
Con-court to proceed and finalize the matter.
I'd like to state it clear that as members of the ANC and the alliance at large
support both the President and the former.

However the challenge with the former president is that he doesn't appreciate
the support of the members. One good example is that of Gauteng delegates who
included him on the national list to parliament but he refused citing his own
personal reason than the organization. The other good one is that when the ANC
leadership said they would expect him to participate in the election campaign
he again rejected the ANC also citing his personal problems.

On the other hand people like Tokyo, Ramaphosa, Nkosazana Zuma and many more
participated fully in the ANC despite having lost in leadership contestations.
Surely if you are a member of any MDM structures would understand that we abide
by democratic centralism, therefore we expect each and every member to
participate fully in any of the organizational work be it in the Cosatu, SACP,
ANC and PYA.

ANC LIVES ANC LEADS, VIVA ANC LEADERSHIP VIVA ( Including Thabo Mbeki as an
ex-officio member of the current leadership)

Forwad to ANC election victory

U know comrade,i only did comercial law during my first year of study,
and even me with my limited knowledge on law can see that judge
Nicholsen took his foot of the pedal. How can a judge say that ex
president Mr Thabo Mbeki is guilty on certain issues without alowing
him representation. Comrades it is clear that there is a conspiracy
agaist Mr Jacob Zuma but that alone doesnt make him innocent on
charges laid agains him .And one question comrades id like to ask is
why is it Mbeki or Zuma, why cant we support them both as ex president
and current president of this respected organisation.
