Cdes,

The ANC has disciplinary processes that are enshrined in the annexure of the
constitution. I am definitely sure that Cde TM is not indispensable and as a
member he is subject to disciplinary processes if he has wronged the
organization or is suspected to have wronged the movement.

Part of discipline is that the structures of the organization should be allowed
to exercise the responsibilities entrusted to them as enshrined in the
constitution. If President Mbeki is wrong let him undergo due organizational
disciplinary processes. Being victimized in media is equal to unfair trial and
the abandoning of the principles of " equality before the law" and "innocent
until proven guilty" within the movement.

I only appeal that we do not guess what might have been the role he played and
where. Cde Mbalula is a member of both the NEC and NWC. He understands internal
processes of the ANC. If a member has not acted within the confines of the
constitution, he knows what actions and processes should be followed.

As we speak, the ANC has not charged Cde Mbeki of wrong doing. The ANC has not
resolved in congress to expel Cde Mbeki from the organisation. President Mbeki
has not been made aware of the ANC of his wrong doing such that he can either
concur or dispute. Why do we assassinate not only his character but also his
legacy. Even if negative to others, it will remain a reflection just like the
reference we made on President Gumede, President Xuma, President Moroka and
President Luthuli.

How do we then make a center the ANC when the issue is about a member of the
ANC who wrote in his personal capacity to another member of the ANC on an open
letter for all to know? This is about President Mbeki with reference to the
role he played in the ANC and not about decisions of the ANC.

I am among those who will respect the outcome of internal disciplinary
processes. I will be the one to spread the outcome to others, but as of now, I
am convinced this are but gossips and fabrication to the name of one of the
sons of the soil, one of our own, a dynamo groomed by the traditions of the
congress movement.

I am sure that a person who can tell us a better political story of President
Mbeki is President Zuma, vice-versa.

I rest my case!!!

I think that when we deal with this issue, the ANC should be our centre
stage not the individual. No one has ever disregarded the contribution
of Thabo Mbeki, but we I think we are just saying that in his era this
are things that happened to the movement that where not in accordance
with the traditions of the congress movement. What makes it even worse
is the tendencies he has currently displaced towards the movement, that
seeks to indicate indiscipline from a cadre of the movement. That is in
my view what exactly we are addressing at the moment comrades.

To all those who choose to ignore historical fact about the
insurmountable
contribution made by the former president of the ANC and the country
respectively. I sincerely and truly believe you need to do a thorough
political introspection to ensure you do not get stagnant in the epoch
of
clustered political hallucination and confusion.

You cannot separate the ANC and Thabo Mbeki i mean the Cde was
brewed, bread and buttered in the ANC and he has said it on number of
occasions that his loyalty and interest remains deep rooted in the soul
of the ANC .

For us to judge the man is nothing but an act of inhumane and demonized
political character which should be immediately chopped of without
ceremony, no one is perfect if mbeki committed mistakes we should as a
movement forgive him and also try to assist not to character assassinate
the cde without any fact which proves any wrongdoing by the former
president to divide the ANC.

I move on the premise that we need to build not demolish the ANC. When
cde
Tony 'bling bling" yengeni commited fraud we did not discardof him but
we
managed to forgive and welome him back
