Receive my greetings fellow comrades, I've just joined this group and I was wondering if anyone has the Minister of Higher Educations (babu Blade Nzimande) email address, the reason being I would personally like to write to him concerning the issue of funding especially of postgraduates students in tertiary institutions. Through my observation most of the money that we as South Africans should be using in pursuing our studies is being used by foreigners Nigerians, Zimbabweans, Kenyans, etc" Comrades I'm not saying these people should not come here and study but they should use their own money instead. If you look at most of the departments in tertiary institutions you would find that 80% of postgraduates students are foreigners for example the University of Zululand Computer Science department is full of Nigerians 90% and its become "NOLLYWOOD" and they are using our money that they get through funding from companies such as NRF (National Research Foundation), Telkom, CSIR, Huawei. I'm talking about millions here and after they've finished studying they leave and go back to their country of origin thus contributing their skills in growing their economy not ours and secondly this money is very much being misused to an extent that those who are in charge (HOD's, grant holders) of it never accounts for it .
