cadre nndwamato,

I believe what cadre msane was trying to say is that all the money that is
being utilized by these foreigners is not theirs but it is ours.
whenever people from other countries come into this country to study, their
respective govts should provide them with funding. We are however a very
small country if one actually takes that fact into account and it highly
impossible for us to cater for all people in financial respects. The country
and its people rely on the little we have at our country's disposal.

We have been to these institutions and there was a point where one actually
tried applying for scholarship and was turned down and suprisingly cadres
the scholarship went to two foreigners!

It is however very prudent on our side as the SA govt to address issues of
this nature because they are also one of the issues that play a huge role in
the faction that arises between south africans and outsiders.

Issues of this nature might however in the future bring about disrepute. All
we want is for the minister cde Blade Nzimande to acknowledge the submission
of this debate and to have people that are going to monitor funding in
tertiary institutions. There must be a task team which is going to be the
watchdog of these finances so that they should not be abused!

I pause.
