Fellow Comrades
This is the time of the year to celebrate a life worth lived by our
Stalward,Commissar,Student Activist,Leader and a Revolutionary.
It is difficult to condense all the dispositions represent by him when he was
living with and amongst us.We remember fondly and vividly his warmth in the
struggle to consolidate the Alliance in Limpopo as Head of Election Campaigns
around 1999-2004 and addressing us at all COSATU Shopsteward Councils and SACP
Provincial Councils.
When he met an accident,he was from addressing our SADTU Branch Biennial
General Meeting (BBGM) at Lepelle Branch,Sekhukhune and thereafter we changed
the name to become Frans Mohlala Branch.
On that day,he spoke about the importance of the working class in the struggle
that was waged against Colonialism of a Special Type;Apartheid and encouraged
workers always to come in their numbers to vote for the African National
Congress (ANC) to defend the revolution.
We were content that Cde Frans understood that working class are indeed the
primary motive force of our revolution and have nothing to loose but the chains
that binds them.Cde Frans was a calibre of Comrades such as Cde Ephraim Mogale,
Cde Vuyisile Mini and Others ,who embodied what we can describe as the
"Conduct of a Cadre" through their day to day interaction with all progressive
forces in defense of the revolution and realization of the National Democratic
Revolution.
Cde Frans displayed his love to serve the people and we must learn from him.
"We know he has not died"
His spirit lives on amongst Us
That spirit will and continues to impel us to honor what he stood for
Let's us not look back in anger,nor forward in fear but around us in awareness
of the challenges of the day amongst others Inequalities,struggle for better
pay for workers,Rising costs of living etc.
These words will always comfort us to achieve all the ideals of the NDR

Love goes beyond Goodbye"
Forward with the undying spirit of Cde Frans Mohlala!
