To the cadres with ear to listen
Once in the Student activism , I once asked the late Former President of SASCO Cde Claude Qavane , A communist , a real teacher until the end , my question was about the growth of arrogance in the liberation movement in Africa when they get a two thirds majority and saying will the liberation movement in South Africa immune from this , and his response was very simple that the movement fundamental pillars is the organic development (history/experience)of the movement guided by congress tradition and discipline for years. when i think about his response today , i think Cde Claude overlooked that all movements had their culture ,discipline and theory. The shortfall to all of them was when they started to ignore the small things that kept them together for decades . We have to acknowledge that South Africa is entering the most testing stage in the National Struggle , the sharpness of the ideological contradiction. These Contradiction are sharper than before , caused by opportunities of freedom they find homage in the deep sense of the ideological conviction of the human factor. The National liberation Movement is ascending to a T junction, and the difficult choice is the will to choose between the National struggle and the Class struggles . because if you are unable to reconcile the two you will face the same challenges facing the conflict between the Left and the nationalist. In your reaction, you mention about going straight to the point and I expected you to be pertinent to my question but instead you speak about my question being senseless . this kind of response is intended to petrify Cdes from raising constrictive inputs and I refuse to be a victim of such.I really wanted a senior Cde with wisdom to neutralize the situation but thanks to the President who ensured that he calmed the situation this wkend.
