cdes it is more than arrogance for this MEC to unilaterally close down a college. Secondly the reasons which led her to do so only demanded her solution as an accountable person for the department. The MEC is clearly telling the society that he/she is unable to solve those prolems and that leaves the Premier and the ANC to take a strong decision based on her failure to execute her basic tasks.
Cdes there are very view basic reasons that warrant the closure of a nursing college in this nation and some are 1. failure to meet requirements that are prescribed by SANC for a college to operate e.g absence of training material, infrastructure, capacity of practical setup e.g hospitals. 2. failure to register a college according relevant ACT. Let me emphasise that even in the condition of these reasons it is ilogic to have a college closed as people responsible for openning and running of a college should have known about these reasons. Closure of a college questions the capability and reasoning ability of a person responsible, considering that not only SA but the whole whorld has gross shortage of nurses. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ South Africa's premier free email service - www.webmail.co.za ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ For super low premiums, click here http://home.webmail.co.za/dd.pwm -- You are subscribed.
