Cde, While we may understand the frustration and feelings of being a looser, we must resist any attempt to use an alliance structures in particular the PYA to interfere in the internal affairs of the ANCYL disregards its internal processes. The continuous undermining of the democratically elected leadership of Limpopo by the old PEC members through PYA structure must be seriously condemned. The same individuals are going all out campaign against elected leadership using the electronic and print media and to portray the ANCYL structures as in serious crisis. Collective leadership led by Julius cannot just watch comrades violating the organizational principles of the YL they must act and those involved must face serious “house music”. Otherwise the YL would move in a wrong course, it would not be victorious in its historical mission. Clearly an indication that something abnormal and foreigner is going on in the ANCYL structures and leadership must take serious actions to save the ANCYL from being destroyed by position mongers and ill disciplines who continue to disregard the democratic principles and in particular the respect of the upper structures. It is high time that upper structure permanently get rid of the individualistic mentality that seems to be increasingly growing culture amongst many comrades led by self-selected groupings, characterized by friendships and patronage in the name of PYA. Unfortunately the inside truth about this individual who are causing havoc in the YL are individuals, majority not have ever done any practical work for the organization, have no branches and would be surprised that many of them never experience the hardship of recruitment in YL branches,difficulities in organizing BGM’s not to say door to door campaign. They are very much previllidged to have been positioned into senior positions of YL structures without being tested in the practical work of the Congress movement, mainly, reason why are not familiar with organizational principles in particular most misunderstood principle of democratic centralism and the importantantly the equilibrium of both democracy and Centralism. They are extremely arrogant, and not ready to lead by comrades they regard as “non deployable “meaning comrades without qualifications. Very much jealous when the so called non deployable cadres occupy senior positions in the YL structures and at some stages the work against them. Nevertheless, the leadership is moving in correct path in eliminating these careerists and ambitious climbers within the movement.
