These are tendencies that we have developed ourselves and no one else, we created the precedent. The reality is that comrades don't want to take responsibility, leaders who leads when the environment is conducive for them and when there is a change and its cold and hard, blame someone and all the sins must be carried by one person. It is therefore not suprising that all the wrong doings are blamed on Cde Malema cause he did it to Cde TM, the NEC of the ANC blamed all the wrong doings to Cde TM and we accepted it as if he was running the organization alone and they did not exist. So this is not new and it will be difficult to stop it now, we create monsters our selves that we cannot control, so it should be a lesson to the movement as a whole that decisions and actions we take today have far reaching implications for the future.

I said "We have swayed the debate to follow Nqaba's question. I think that the ANCYL NEC resolutions should not be viewed as Malema's decision. Media has made us believe that Malema is the ANCYL. The questions I had were thus: Was Malema the sole member of the DC? Was Malema the sole attendant of the NEC meeting that resolved on expulsion? Answering the questions above will assist comrades to desist personalising the ANCYL..." I am not a supporter of Malema nor a follower of the President of the ANCYL. I am a member in good standing of the ANCYL and have joined the ANCYL as an organisation. I refuse to be convinced that the ANCYL is a property of its president. I refuse to believe that he does as he wishes. My point is that, if what I refuse to believe is true, then we have a weak NEC of the ANCYL. The members of the NEC are but pons and succumb to any instruction from the president. It is difficult to believe that the NEC meets to process thoughts and ambitions of the president. If this is the case, then we need to go to the NGC or congress of ANCYL with a sober mind to build a strong organisation. Most of us who makes inputs about Malema, are the ones who were so determined to have Malema as President of the ANCYL due to excitement and hopes that lives will be bettered through him. Now that he is president and we have not benefitted, we tend to personalise all wrong decisions of the weak NEC to discredit him. I strongly believe that the NEC comprises of a number of thinkers, if they decide to be quiet and allow this mockery then lets blame the NEC rather than one person. I strongly feel that Cde Masoga is a wrong Jesus to be crucified. The NEC members who continued with the congress in Makhado should be brought to book. Congress colapsed because of the uncontrollable interests by the NEC members who presided over that bogus congress. If Malema was there, he should be charged as well. Cde Masoga, like his PEC, should continue his work as normal. Their PEC should focus on reconvening congress and ensure that they deliver congress as expected of them. I am very happy with the status core in Limpopo where there are two provincial structures for one organisation. This simbolises the crisis we had found ourselves in. In short, this should happen in all provinces so that the ANC can see the challenges we are confronted with emanating from their approved NEC. One would remember that this NEC of the ANCYL is not a product of congress but a product of the NWC of the ANC. This is what happens when structures of the organisation process factional interests. The ANCYL is veering from democracy. The members who are at the echelons of leadership will do anything in their powers to remain at the helm even if it means suppressing democratic principles. I am with those who want a total overhaul of the leadership of the ANCYL and not Malema only... I pause... I am sure comrades will be sober in understanding what i am trying to convay. What has been a tendencey as young people and unfortunately this tendancy has migrated into our congress at large. Comrades i think we need to approach issue by not labling each other and calling each other names. Comrade Malema is the current President of the ANCYL and his duties as President are corrently spelled out in the constitution of the ANCYL. I refuse to be made to believe that the DC of the ANCYL consist of only one person, and that should be President Malema. I refuse again to be made to believe that President Malema is the tyrany in the NEC. I have never heard of any NEC members including ex-officious which are the Provincial Chairpersons and Secretaries coming out either to the public or to structures reporting any form of mornchy style by President Malema. We all get briefings from comrades who were in the NEC meetings in an informal way, and can someone tell me whether is that principle or what. I am not sure if the agreement between the YL and Comrade Gwede to ask comrade Masoga to withdraw the charges and the YL will also not proceed with the DH was a bidding or was a consesus agreement. I think that is where we should draw the jist of the problem and who should be taken to task. I will come again to navigate on comrade Masoga. It is however unfortunate that malema has turned the ANCYL into a circus from the once powerful and respected organisation. It is unfortunate and sad that malema is the only president of the league who has displayed such uncouth behaviour and the only president that shall not be missed when he vacates the youth leagues' presidency! We have the likes of Tata Madiba, Fikile Mbalula, Malusi Gigaba, Peter Mokaba and so on who have been at the helm of the YL and led the youth but have never ever displayed the dispeakable behaviour of malema. The only person who should have been expelled from the YL is malema! malema has portrayed himself like a hooligan and not like a cadre whom we can have trust in. Malema has rudely insulted senior cadres within the motherbody as well as cabinet ministers. He has gone as far as nearly plunging the country into civil war and put our entire economy at risk. Malema is no good for the ANCYL!!!! We shall fight for cadre Masoga to be restored back to his position and also in the youth league. We will also restore all the cadres that have been suspended or expelled by this dodgy NEC!!! AMANDLA!!!
