PRESIDENT *CEDRIC GINA* *DATE: 12 August 2010* *TIME: 11H00am* *VENUE: Library Gardens, Polokwane* The COSATU Affiliated Unions will gather in Polokwane and be addressed by the President on the challenges faced by the left forces in the current juncture and also give insight on the ongoing automobile strike as informed by the COSATU Living Wage campaign. 2. DEPUTY GENERAL SECRETARY *KARL CLOETE* *DATE: 12 August 2010* *TIME: 12H00am* *VENUE: Durban City Hall, Durban* Workers will converge at the Durban Christian Centre and to the main City Hall to hand-over a Memorandum of Demands to the employers. The Deputy General Secretary will led the march and addresses workers. *3. *NATIONAL TREASURER *PHILEMON SHIBURI* *DATE: 12 August 2010* *TIME: 11H00am* *VENUE: Ford, Silverton, Tshwane* The National Treasurer will be addressing demonstrating workers at Ford on behalf of the NOB’s. *4. *GENERAL SECRETARY *IRVIN JIM* *TIME: 12 August 2010* *TIME: 12H00* *VENUE: East Cape Training Centre (ECTC), Port Elizabeth* The General Secretary will be addressing demonstrating workers outside the negotiations venue and which negotiations are currently underway with the employer body AMEO.
