*Comrades,*

The former National Police Commissioner Selebi has had his days in court and
the judgement was handed to him for 15 yeas in prison peding the outcome of
his appeal that he wants to file. Considering also the information from the
case of the murder of Cabble, we learn that Mr. Selebi had received money
from Cabble one way or the other.

Now that the state has won the case against Selebi: Can i ask the following
questions.

Does:

   - The verdict of the Jacky represent the strength of judiciary?
   - Can we conclude that the judiciary has won the fight agaist corruption
and misuse or abuse of Public Office?
   - Is Jacky the victim of having a weak legal team and falling in a
   defeted faction?
   - Can we see more similar cases being won by the state?
