This is definitely tantamount to blind loyalty; it is a problem that our
movement is facing "Pre-mature assessment and uncontrollable desire for
power" but generally speaking, out of all things how can you think
power, positions, and conferences... in whatever situation is unfolding.

Still a lot of work our political school need to do ?

One of the unfortunate things that can happen to our vibrant democracy
and on the stature and integrity of our judicial system is an agenda
[within and without] to undermine our relatively objective justice.
There are people who do not want or deliberately refuse to accept that
judicial processes must take its course without being manipulated or
outcomes being prejudged. Ours should not to fall in same trap of always
prejudging our courts or lambasting them when our views do not succeed,
as it has been done by ANCYL SG, wherein she referred to a judgement
pertaining to ANCYL EC in Grahamstown by our court as being "drunk".
This behaviour needs to be condemned by all of us, before it becomes a
culture, because its implications are far reaching in terms of how
justice is perceived.

With regards to the present issue "Mbalula features in Kebble murder
saga" it is my understanding that the issue came out within the court
proceedings, wherein Kebble's butler, Andrew Minaar, told the South
Gauteng High Court that his boss had had relations with comrade Mbalula
and Lunga Ncwana and the nature of those relations were not deliberated
much on, for us or anyone to logically start to draw conclusions.
Comrade Skizo just jumped a gun way before it had even been loaded. I
therefore wish to advise him and similar minded comrades that let us all
be patient and let law takes its rightful path before we start to
insinuate what we do not even know.
