I disagree Cde. Zingisani, It cannot be correct that by virtue of him having a private cell phone giving access to Kebble, he is therefore implicated in the actual murder. Maybe the butler was mentioning those that had private numbers to Kebble.
We must however caution ourselves from falling into the narrow pit of conspiracies and sensationalsim. There is nothing thus far legally pronounced by the court which directly implicates Cde. Mbaks, and maybe he is merely mentioned further to give evidence which might not even have a direct bearing to the murder itself. The media to a very large extent has annointed itself as Prosecutor and judge in many high profile cases, where speculations have more bearing than actual facts. We have seen how people, particualrly comrades have seen their reputations being tarnished due to media "rebuttable presumptions".. Lets allow legal proceedings to unfold and ensure that even our analysis is well informed and not end up making premature conclusions on a matter that is not yet legally resolved. Regards Cde.
