In fact comrade Mpumalanga is in need of a University institution,built in 
MP.am not sure why a media university is more important as matter of urgency 
instead of a Fully flesh University with a faculty inclusing ICT and Mining

I welcome the call from the comrades but I wish to understand the ratinale
behind the Multimedia University because it is my bilief that Mpumalanga
needs a vast number of skills which include mining since there is a lot of
mining happening within the province which will surely go a long way towards
realising our nationalisation objectives.
