As they say in the journalistic trade: Comment is free, but facts are expensive. I had assumed that you were a member of the YCLSA and that you were bound by democratic centralism. In that case it certainly would have been wrong of you to contradict your leadership in public so blatantly and such a short time after they had spoken. COSATU is not in order to be questioning firm decisions of the SACP and the ANC in the constant public way that they do. The matters that the YCL referred to were settled in 2008, yet COSATU continues to raise them in public as if it has a power over Alliance partners that it will not accept over itself.
