Heita ma Cadre Good leaders are not seen by the statements they make in public or the way they speak or how loud one can voice his/her concerns than others but by results. The proplem with our revolution is that we choose leaders that we trust because we know them to be good in certain levels of our struggle and when they asume high positions, they get more popular and rub shoulders with the might in this revolution they think wow this is good, I should strive to stay here or get more power to get even high positions than this , and the only way to do it is by bashing this Communist Party which seems to be a problem and everybody who has climed the ladder did so by doing the same. Another issue cdes is the issue of political education in our cdes in Districts and Branches of the Party and those of the ANC, September is the membership month of the Party, but youll find provinces launching the membership month on the month end of September which i fill they should have prepared earlier but they dont, every year specially my Province the EC. The issue of workplace forums, i feel that the Party should be at the fore front of assisting Cosatu in building and politicising the workers thus developing their conciousness towards Party politics, som that workers can know the defference between Trade union and the vanguard Party and they could be able to defend the Party at all cost.
