Subject: [YCLSA Discussion] Our Communist University as it is now

*Our Communist University as it is now *

The CU meets this afternoon (21 September 2011) at 17h00 at the Vincent
Mabuyakhulu Conference Centre, Newtown, Johannesburg.

As per the notices that have already been distributed, we will be
completing our ten-part course on Lenin's "The State and Revolution".

*_Booklets_*

At our gathering, we will also be distributing the hard-copy texts for
the first part of the next ten-week course, on *_Hegel_*. If you want
these documents in booklet form, please make sure to turn up today.**

At this point it may be a good moment to look at where the Communist
University stands, and where it is heading.

*_Channels_*

The Communist University has three main channels (CU, CU-Africa, and
SADTU). Each main channel carries a different ten-part course at any
time, and each carries four ten-part courses per year. There are twelve
different courses altogether.

On each different channel, the cycle of twelve courses is completed
every three years.

The *following table* shows the main channels and additional
circulations, with the courses that are starting now, and those that
will follow in the New Year:
