Media Statement 01st November 2011 POPCRU won a Case of dissident misbehavior POPCRU has secured a High Court interdict as heard on the 31st of October 2011 before Judge Griesel J. against sixteen former members, whose actions were deemed to be uncalled for, by forcefully occupying the office of POPCRU Western Cape at Athlone on the 28th of April 2011. The Respondents are interdicted and restrained from assaulting, threatening, harassing or intimidating POPCRU’s employees at the Provincial office and from entering the office whatsoever without the prior consent of POPCRU or its duly authorized representative. And were ordered to pay POPCRU’s costs on all the High Court processes.
