He is blatantly divisive and further undermines the authority of urge executive 
or higher structure that he is part of. Wit is nothing wrong to start a 
discussion seeking to review a particular decision but to howl at an ANC 
government decision so loudly at a public gathering while seeking to please 
your political ally is highly divisive, illdiscliplined  and smacks of 
arrogance. There are many people who do not agree with the decision of cabinet 
for certain valid reasons by the way and they are not being as irresponsible as 
the dear leader.
