The Limpopo ANC Youth League is referring to the PriceWaterhousCoopers (that's an accounting firm) report that was the basis of the Sunday Times front-page article about Julius Malema's financial dealings.
The report shows that Malema became richer by an amount of at least R7.6-million in 36 months, after he became President of the ANC Youth League. There is a lot more in the report. I posted the article to this forum on Sunday. The PWC report is supposed to have been commissioned by SARS. Of course, this does not prove that SARS leaked it to the Sunday Times. Obviously PWC had it long before SARS ever saw it. So PWC, or somebody working there, was equally capable of leaking the document, or doing a "Bcc" with it to the Sunday Times. The Limpopo ANC Youth League offers no evidence that the leak came from SARS. It just lashes out at SARS.
