I think it is good that these two unions are taking a stand even if its late in the process. I am also not sure why manamela's visit to marikana was cancelled when the intention to undertake it was made and was really necessary. Now malema is the hero not just in the eyes of miners in marikana but to many people across the country when his intentions in regard to the call for nationalisation are clearly not really intertwined with the real interests of the miners and working class i general.
