YCLSA FREE STATE CONVENES PEC STATEMENT The Young Communist League of South Africa (uFasimba) Free State is holding its first plenary session of the Provincial Executive Committee for the year 2013. The PEC will receive as normal Organizational Report, Political Report, Financial Report and Programme of Action for the year. The year 2013 is very important in our political calender in a sence that it is the 10th year since the YCLSA was re-established in 2003 at the Vaal University of Technology. This year the YCLSA will also celebrate its 90th Anniversary marking the longest years of the existence of the youth movement in our country. The YCLSA PEC will receive political input from the Deputy Minister of Rural Development, Lechesa Tsenoli on the 'Political Economy of the Land Issue in South Africa', as part of preparing for the 100th Year on the 1913 Land Act. The PEC will also receive the input from the Head of Department for Rural Development in the Free State, Dr Limakatso Moorosi, on 'opportunities for the your in the sector'.
