He was the ANC Gauteng Provincial coordinator of International Relations and the Coordinator of the Western Sahara Solidarity Forum. The late Comrade Patrick was an ardent anti-apartheid activist and the first accused in the infamous Delmas Treason Trial. He was known by and worked very closely with many colleagues in the diplomatic corps. A memorial service will be held on the 22 July 2015 at 14h00 at the Johannesburg City Hall. The funeral will be held on Saturday 25 July 2015 in Tsomo, Eastern Cape Province at 7h00am.
