ChicagoSage, What about the other 50 kinds of metadata that people would like to store in their delicious posts? Are you really wanting to bookmark other websites and specify your own location separate from any location that website (or the link itself) might already declare?
It seems more like one would want to say simply bookmark a google maps url or say bookmark an amazon link or the like.... where the roles of each party are preserved (the link + the remote site provide specialized metadata about the subject and delicious itself continues to float above providing better indexing over the whole space rather than getting bogged down in the details of any particular space). I wouldn't post a link about a book and then also include the ISBN for example; I'd just post the book as an amazon link. Then I'd write some little scripty tool to make a view over it... Same could be said for any specialized domain of which location is just one more.
