What's the workflow like, exactly? We'll try to put some stuff in after
the privacy stuff is done.
In the meantime, you can mock something up with the API...

Draggable and clickable at the same time would be tricky (unless
people double-clicked and who would want to do that in a web
browser?).
A special screen would work in the meantime (or a multimodal one
screen. like vi). The reason I want a keyboard interface is that drag
and drop is nice but all the aiming and clicking with the mouse (at
the default fontsize, particularly) would get tiresome.
Without multiple selections, drag and drop can be a pain. I don't know
how easy it would be to provide multiple selections in a clean
interface.
