For my purposes -- I have a large number of tags, many added before tag bundles were implemented. Right now I'd like a UI that makes the task of selecting existing tags from a large cloud easy. What's the common case? Perhaps this one case is uncommon. Once I've organized my current tags, Will my tags population remain stable? if so, I won't have to frequently update or create tag bundles. But if not, then I'd up the priority for improvements to the tag bundle interface.
