No, no. What I mean is an XML interchange format for the bookmarks themselves that formalized the data so that it would be easier to go from service to service and track other associated information *automatically*. Ultimately this would provide a better mechanism than RSS itself is (or maybe it could be some extension of RSS or ATOM, whatever) for interchange between services.
