Interesting idea. We don't keep a log of tag changes, though, but it
might be useful for putting a "bob no longer uses tag X, he renamed
it to Y" on /bob/X or whatever.

I could think of another 'edited' rss-feed with contents of changed
bookmarks only (http://del.icio.us/rsse/tag/tagname or similar;
items should simply be the same as in the current feed, maybe add a
dc:date field with the modification date too), that way organized
aggregation of changes whould be very easy.
