You have a list of bookmarks that are also saved by a number of people. If you had a list of all the pages saved by all of those people, the pages that are saved the most would probably be of interest to you. Same goes for tags, the tags listed the most would also be of interest to you. For example, I have a lot of pages saved about tea, I may discover that people who are interested in tea also have tags and saved pages about baseball.
