That's not a bad idea - the uniformity would definitely make the aggregated use of tags easier - but it would probably only take hold for those that haven't already thought through the issue on their own. The more technical audience probably has their own predisposition for how multiple word identifiers "should be done". I'm a Java programmer sometimes, and tend to follow javaCaseConventions as a result.
