Is there some oddity with ; as a tag?
I just tagged an article with ; (" The Semicolon Wars"
<http://www.americanscientist.org/template/AssetDetail/assetid/51982>).
Curious, I decided to check what else had been tagged with ;. Not much
of it seems purposeful. Is some program out there making bad tags, do
those users not understand tagging, do I just misunderstand the uses
those users are putting ; to?
