yes, there must be some consensus on tags before it will make
recommendations. Just one other person isn't enough, currently. perhaps
this is a bad decision on my part?
the pages are cached pretty heavily, can take a bit for that to update.
still, if someone has bookmarked something before you, and you are
second, it should show you. i will try doing some tests.

ok now two other things related to that which led to the
confusion:
- the firefox tagging extension that I got from del didn't show
any proposed
tagging from the previous poster (it often doesn't)
- when I came back to my bookmarks it din't show that it had
been saved by 1
other person (that figure takes time to update, I have noticed);
that appeared
a few hours later only
