Here's how I solve that. It's not an official answer or particularly
clever, but it might be useful. Tag the basic resources with "intro"
(or something) and when you'd like to refer people to them,
give them the feed for http://del.icio.us/[username]/[relevant
tag]+intro or http://del.icio.us/[relevant username]/intro (depending
on how you have it set up). If that works for you, it's probably more
flexible than having to re-post the links each time.
