I had a similar problem a while back and their technical support discovered
it was to do with my account name. I have two capital letters in mine
ResourceTracker
but I used to login all in lowercase
resourcetracker
They discovered a glitch whereby my personal search would only work if I
typed my screenname in exactly as it has been created, i.e with the two
caps. I've had no problems since.
